There are many ways you can make a payment for your policies with Prudential. Cashless payment is a safe and convenient way of payment and we have many options for you, such as GIRO, Credit Card Payments and an online payment portal - iPay.
Our Financial Consultants are not allowed to collect premiums for your Prudential policies in cash or via bank account transfers. Please also do not transfer money for your premium payment to our Financial Consultants’ personal bank accounts.

GIRO
Apply online
To set up a recurring payment for your regular premium policies in Singapore dollars, you may enrol for GIRO using these services. Please note that we accept GIRO payments from these participating eGIRO bank accounts*: DBS/POSB, Bank of China, Citibank, HSBC, ICBC, Maybank, OCBC, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB.
- PRUaccess
- Login to your PRUaccess account
- Select “Payment Settings”
- Select “Change Payment Method to GIRO”
- Select your desired Policy Number(s)
- Click “Next”
- Click to agree and acknowledge to the important notes and terms and conditions, then click “Next”
- Select the bank that you wish to use for enrolment. iPay will redirect you to the i-banking website. Please proceed to log in with your banking User ID and password
- Enter the OTP or login authentication pop-out notification sent from your bank to complete the transaction
- iPay
- Log in to iPay with your NRIC and Date of Birth
- Select Giro Enrolment (applicable to participating eGIRO bank accounts*)
- Select your desired Policy Number(s)
- Click “Next”
- Click to agree and acknowledge the important notes and terms and conditions, then click “Next”
- Select the bank that you wish to use for enrolment. iPay will redirect you to the i-banking website. Please proceed to log in with your banking User ID and password
- Enter the OTP or login authentication pop-out notification sent from your bank to complete the transaction
- DBS/POSB iBanking website
- Login to your DBS iBanking
- Select add a new GIRO arrangement
- Select Prudential Assurance as the billing organisation
- Input your Policy Number as the billing reference number
The GIRO instruction will be activated within 1 working day
The GIRO instruction will be activated within 1 working day

The GIRO instruction will be activated within 5 working days.
Hardcopy Application
From 1 July 2024, we have discontinued hardcopy GIRO application for the eGIRO participating banks*.
Please proceed to enrol for eGIRO via PRUaccess or iPay.
For other non-participating banks, you may approach your Prudential Financial Consultant, or a representative of a distributor duly appointed by Prudential Singapore for assistance.
*eGIRO participating banks: DBS/POSB, Bank of China, Citibank, HSBC, ICBC, Maybank, OCBC, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB
Credit Card
Apply Online
To set up a recurring payment for your regular premium policies in Singapore dollars, you may enrol a Credit card. Your options are:
- PRUaccess
- Login to your PRUaccess account
- Select “Payment Settings”
- Select “Change Payment Method to Credit Card/Change Credit Card”
- Select your desired Policy Number(s)
- Click “Next”
- Click to agree and acknowledge to the important notes and terms and conditions, then click “Proceed to enrolment”
- iPay will redirect you to the credit card payment page. Please proceed to enter your billing information and credit card details
- Click “Submit”
- Authorise the transaction to complete the enrolment
- iPay
- Log in to iPay with your NRIC and Date of Birth
- Select Credit Card Enrolment
- Select your desired Policy Number(s)
- Click “Next”
- Click to agree and acknowledge the important notes and terms and conditions, then click “Next”
- iPay will redirect you to the credit card payment page. Please proceed to enter your billing information and credit card details
- Click “Submit”
- Authorise the transaction to complete the enrolment
Make a One-time Payment
You may make payment via Credit card by logging in to iPay
- Log in to iPay with your NRIC and Date of Birth
- Key in the One Time Password sent to your registered mobile number with Prudential
- Select “Make One Time Payment”
- Select your desired Policy Number(s) and verify the payment amount
- Click “Next” to proceed with the payment journey
- Verify the payment details on the confirmation page and select Visa/Master as the payment method
- Click to agree with the Terms and Conditions
- Once done, click “Proceed with Payment”
- iPay will redirect you to the payment gateway
- Input your Credit Card details and click “Finish”
Note: Some banks will send a One Time Password for authentication.
PayNow
PayNow
If you have an internet or mobile banking account, you can make a payment by scanning our PayNow QR code.
- Login to iPay with your NRIC and Date of Birth
- Key in the One Time Password sent to your registered mobile number with Prudential
- Select “Make One Time Payment”
- Select your desired Policy Number(s) and verify the payment amount
- Click “Next”
- Verify the payment details in the confirmation page and select PayNow as the payment method
- Click to agree with the Terms and Conditions
- Once done, click “Proceed with Payment”
- iPay will redirect you to the QR code page
- Scan the QR code with your banking app to complete the payment, OR you can save the QR code for payment later
Note: The QR code expires after 2 hours. Do ensure that you make your payment before that.
AXS
AXS Station, via AXS m-Station or AXS e-Station
You may make payment at any AXS Station, via AXS m-Station or AXS e-Station.
- Select Prudential Assurance as the Billing Organisation
- Select the Payment Type
- Input the Policy Number, NRIC number of Policyowner, Contact Number and the exact premium amount
Internet Banking
Bill Payment
You may make payment via Internet Banking Bill Payment Services with UOB and DBS/POSB.
- Login to your UOB or DBS/POSB iBanking
- Select Prudential Assurance as the billing organisation under the bill payment tab
- Input the Policy Number(s) and Amount(s)
FAST Transfer
You may make a FAST Transfer or Fund Transfer to Prudential's SCB Account by keying in the following details:

Cheque
Starting 1 January 2025, we will discontinue cheques as a mode of payment, in line with the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s (MAS) initiative to gradually transition away from cheques. Please switch to e-payments for timely transactions.
Cheque payments for PRUAssure Index Rewards will continue to be accepted up to 31 Jan 2025.
SGD Policy
For policies in SGD, you may issue a SGD-denominated cheque made payable to “Prudential Assurance Company (S) P/L”.
Note: Kindly indicate your Policy Number, Contact Number and the description of your payment (e.g. Premium, APL, APL Interest) at the back of the cheque.
USD Policy
For policies in USD, you may issue a USD-denominated cheque made payable to “PACS-USD”.
If you would like to issue an SGD-denominated cheque,
- Convert your USD premium amount to SGD using our indicative exchange rate.
- Issue your cheque payable to “Prudential Assurance Company (S) P/L”
- Indicate your Policy Number, Contact Number and the description of your payment (e.g. Premium, APL, APL Interest) at the back of the cheque.
- Drop your cheque at our Customer Service Centre located at Marina One East Tower Level 1 or mail it to Prudential Assurance Company Singapore (Pte) Limited, Robinson Road P.O.Box 492, Singapore 900942
* Amounts received in SGD will be converted to USD at our prevailing rates when your payment is processed. In event there is a significant excess payment or short payment, we will contact you to settle the difference.
